  • How can I check the price for stay?

    The detailed information on the payment for the booked Property will be shown during booking the apartment and will be sent with the booking confirmation to the provided e-mail address.

  • Can I book the apartment without the credit card?

    The only accepted form of the payment is the bank transfer. In order to make the payment and book the stay, it is required to use the browser of available Properties on websites www.accorent.com, www.noclegisopot.pl by filling up the dates of check-in and check-out as well as the number of guests. After the selection of the Property please click the tab ‘Zarezerwuj/Book’ and carry on as instructed. The final step to finalize the booking procedure is the payment via Przelewy24 website.

  • Is the prepayment necessary?

    The prepayment is necessary to guarantee the booking. In order to make it happen, it is requested to pay the prepayment on the given bank account number provided by the office or via Przelewy24 platform.

  • What is included in the final price?

    The final price includes the rate for the stay, starters, cleaning fee with the availability to towels and bedsheets, small cosmetic sets and the apartment equipment. On demand, there are additional services, which are to detailed in the final receipt.

  • How can I check if my booking has been confirmed?

    After making the payment, there will a message sent to the provided e-mail address. If there are any doubts or inaccuracies, please contact the office (+48 727 333 111, biuro@noclegisopot.pl)

  • What time can I receive and return the keys to my Property?

    NoclegiSopot office is open everyday: between 1st May and 30th September we work between 10:00AM – 06:00PM (Mon-Fri) and 11:00AM – 05:00PM (Sat-Sun), between 1st October and 30th April we work between 11:00AM – 04:00PM (Mon-Fri) and 11:00AM – 02:00PM (Sat-Sun). You receive the keys after 03:00PM in all keys within the time work of the office. The keys are to returned to NoclegiSopot until 11:00AM on the check-out day. All compromises from the set time and regulation are described in Terms and Condition of ACCORENT.

  • Is there any cancellation fee?

    The booking cancellation is free of charge only until 14th day before arrival. Cancellation after this date, the prepayment is no refundable as the cancellation fee. The percentage of the guarantee prepayment is described in ACCO RENT’s Terms and Conditions.

  • How can I be sure my booking has been cancelled?

    The message on the booking cancellation and the reason of cancellation is delivered via e-mail.

  • Where can I get the Property address?

    Every Property has its offer and our website, which consists of the general address. The detailed address is provided to the Guest during the check-in.

  • Where can I receive the keys?

    The keys to the booked apartments can be received in NoclegiSopot office located in Sopot at 7/C Gen. Kazimierza Pułaskiego Street for the apartments located in Sopot and on location for the apartments located beyond the city of Sopot.
